1. Inspection

Have your home inspected using the MoistureFree Inspection Protocol that is downloadable from Forms on the menu bar above.

2. Review and Recommendations:

The protocol inspection is sent to Moisture Warranty Corporation (MWC) where it is thoroughly reviewed by our specialists. If repairs are necessary to meet warranty requirements, MWC can guide you through the repair process, including contractor selection and estimate reviews.

3. Warranty Issued:

MWC issues a Warranty Authorization Certificate that warrants the home is dry and will remain dry during the term of the warranty, or MWC will pay to get it dry, based on the terms of the warranty.

MWC’s 3-Year and 5-Year Warranties include interim inspections (at 18-month intervals) that save you the cost and hassle of getting your home inspected.
