The ASHI Standard Inspection: This inspection provides information based upon the American Society of Home Inspectors Standards of Practice and the Laws of the State of Georgia, which require the Home Inspector to provide a written report on the condition of the: 1) Structural System 6) Heating System 2) Exterior 7) Air Conditioning System 3) Roof System 8) Interior 4) Plumbing System 9) Insulation and Ventilation 5) Electrical System 10) Fireplaces & Solid Fuel burning Appliances For a copy of the ASHI Standards of Practice, "click here". The Framing Inspection: This is a specialize inspection and is completed before the gypsum wallboard is installed. Any defects can be repaired prior to installation of the wallboard when it is relatively inexpensive to do. Only an inspector familiar with the building codes and standards should do these inspections. This inspection covers not only the framing but also the rough plumbing, mechanical and electrical. The Specialty Inspection: This inspection is any portion of the ASHI Standard Inspection as requested by the client. The Maintenance Check Inspection: This service is for those who do not have time, (or prefer to do other things, like playing golf), to perform the inspections necessary to maintain the property. We will objectively inspect your property on a scheduled basis, and if you wish, will even coordinate with the appropriate contractor of your choice to get the work done.
